We do not collect personally identifiable student data in any form. This is a foundational cornerstone of our service and will not change.
In order to provide our service and be able to log teachers in, we do collect personally identifiable teacher data.

We are fully FERPA, COPPA, CIRPA, SOPPA, SOPIPA, and NY Ed-Law 2d compliant. Furthermore, we are signatories of the Student Data Privacy Pledge, members of several Privacy Consortiums in the US, and have several state-wide privacy documents, district DPAs as well as Exhibit-E forms signed that your district can easily piggy-back onto if needed.
